The poster for Laurie Anderson's Sound Garden is in fact the signage for her invisible sound exhibition on The Green of Novartis Campus. The idea was to exhibit it permanently, adjacent to the exhibition among other Swiss event advertisings, for the nice discovery that you are already at the event. Posters are changed 4 times per year as the sound compositions are changed. It seemed the best way to communicate vibration, an essential element of the installation, was to employ colors that visually reverberate.
